With his work in Outkast and hit music like "Hey Ya", Andre 3000 has managed to bring funk back onto the music scene. Physically he looks almost like a reincarnation of Sammy Davis, Jr., but his music reminds more of George Clinton and Sly and the Family Stone.
So apparently Vibe Magazine did a poll on the best rapper alive and the winner is - EMINEM!!!! He beat out Jay-Z, Andre 3000 and Lil Wayne. Could it be.....best MC.....Slim Shady?????
