A British alternative rock band, the Arctic Monkeys consist of Alex Turner (guitar, vocals), Jamie Cook (guitar, backing vocals), Andy Nicholson (bass, backing vocals) and Matthew Helders (drums, backing vocals). Their debut album, "Whatever People Say I Am, That's What I'm Not", became the fastest selling debut album in British chart history. They have had hit singles with "I Bet You Look Good On the Dancefloor" and "When The Sun Goes Down."
A top story from this week. Arctic Monkeys could finish their third album this month, says the band's drummer Matt Helders.
